Answer: The lawyer reached New Mullion. There he came across Lutkins. But the lawyer did not recognise him. The lawyer told him that he had come to meet Lutkins. At this Lutkins made a plan to befool him. He told him that his name was Bill and he would help him in finding out Lutkins.
